We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. You can match your height and inseam measurements against our geometry charts to find the perfect fit for your riding style.
Do Silverback bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for bicycles are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
What kind of warranty do you offer on frames?
Every Silverback frame is backed by a limited 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Components like drivetrains and brakes are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties, typically for one year.
How long does shipping take within the country?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your bike leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you offer financing options for high-end models?
Yes, we partner with several financing providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select the financing option at checkout to see if you qualify for 0% APR interest.
